The tutor can't hear me
Sayla needs microphone access for live speaking practice. Check iOS Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Microphone and make sure Sayla is enabled. Also check the mute switch and that no other app is holding the microphone.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Open Settings โ your name โ Subscriptions โ Sayla to change plans or cancel. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends prevents renewal. The monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial โ cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Sayla, go to Settings inside the app, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you bought the subscription with.
How do I delete my data?
Email will@feistyagency.com from any address and tell us you'd like your practice data deleted. Deleting the app removes all local data from your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
Which languages does Sayla support?
Sayla currently supports speaking practice in French, Spanish, English, Albanian and more, with new languages added regularly. Open the app and check the language picker in onboarding or Settings for the current list.
